ppThe bProduction Specialist /b is responsible for managing and monitoring all aspects of the assigned product categories ensuring that quality, timing, and cost objectives are achieved in line with brand standards.
Acting as a key liaison between Product Development, Merchandising, and external suppliers, this role ensures that each collection is produced efficiently, accurately, and in full alignment with creative and commercial goals.

Production Management Follow-Up /h3 ul liOversee and coordinate the full production cycle for assigned product categories, from order confirmation to final delivery.
/li liMonitor production progress to ensure adherence to lead times and seasonal delivery schedules.
/li liMaintain daily communication with suppliers to track status, solve issues, and ensure quality and timing compliance.

Size Grading Technical Supervision /h3 ul liOversee the bdevelopment of size grading /bfor all the assigned product categories, ensuring accuracy and consistency across sizes and categories.
/li liSupervise suppliers during the grading process, validating measurements and ensuring technical feasibility.
/li liCommunicate any bsize or fit adjustments /bto the internal bMerchandising, Development, and Design teams /b, ensuring full alignment before bulk production.
/li liCollaborate with the Technical and Quality teams to guarantee that graded garments meet brand fit and proportion standards.
/li liCommunicate any btechnical or measurement changes /bto the Product Development, Merchandising, and Design teams, ensuring full alignment before bulk.

Quality Product Control /h3 ul liOversee approval of PPS/TOP samples, ensuring alignment between development and bulk production.
/li liCoordinate factory visits and quality checks during production and before shipment.
/li liEnsure all production aligns with the brand's craftsmanship and finishing standards.

Data Management Reporting /h3 ul liMaintain accurate production records, timelines, and delivery schedules in PLM and ERP systems.
/li liUpdate production tracking sheets, highlighting any risks or delays.
/li liSupport Production Manager with KPI reporting (deliveries, cost analysis, supplier performance).
/li /ul h35.
Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liPartner closely with Product Development, Planning, Merchandising, and Logistics to guarantee smooth workflow across all production phases.
/li liProvide input during the pre-production stage to ensure manufacturability, size consistency, and cost alignment.
/li liContribute to the continuous improvement of production processes and efficiency.
/li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Fashion Production, Textile Engineering, or related field.
/li liMinimum b3–5 years of experience /b in fashion production (premium or luxury segment preferred).
/li liStrong technical understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and size grading.
/li liProven experience managing external suppliers and production partners.
/li liExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
/li liFluent in bEnglish and Italian /b(written and spoken).
/li liProficient in bPLM systems (Centric Preferred) , Excel, and ERP tools.
