/p h3What you'll do /h3 pAdministrative support activities, including: /p ul liManagement of accounts receivable and payable invoices /li liCash management and monitoring of office expenses /li liManagement, renewal and cancellation of utility and service subscriptions /li liDaily agenda management (client appointments, internal reviews, studio meetings) /li liOffice supplies and purchasing management /li liCouriers and deliveries coordination /li liTravel planning and booking (flights, trains, hotels)
