I am recruiting for an Analog Mixed-Signal IC Design Lead on behalf of my client, an innovative semiconductor company developing advanced mixed-signal IC solutions for next-generation smart devices. This role is based in Milan, Italy, with a hybrid working model.
My client is looking for an experienced Analog Mixed-Signal IC Design Lead to take ownership of silicon development and deliver complex mixed-signal IC products from concept through to production.
This is a hands on technical leadership role, combining strong analog design expertise with responsibility for guiding silicon execution and supporting future technology development.
Responsibilities:
Lead analog and mixed-signal IC design from architecture through to tape out.
Own silicon development programmes, including verification, sign-off, bring-up and characterisation.
Perform schematic design, simulation, layout reviews and design optimisation.
Work with internal teams, foundries, EDA partners and external suppliers.
Support decisions around performance, reliability, manufacturability and production readiness.
Provide technical guidance while remaining hands on with design activities.
Requirements:
Strong background in analog and mixed-signal IC design.
Experience leading silicon projects through multiple tape outs.
Hands on experience across the full IC design flow, including schematic, simulation, verification, layout review and silicon validation.
Experience with sensor interfaces, precision analog circuits or noise-sensitive designs.
Experience working in a fabless semiconductor environment.
