/li liOversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
/li liManage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
/li liDesign and implement performance management systems to drive employee development.
/li liSupervise and provide guidance to the HR team to ensure efficient operations.
/li liEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory HR requirements.
/li liDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organisation.
/li liPromote a positive and productive workplace environment.
/li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 pA successful HR Director should have: /p ul liEducational qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




/li liStrong knowledge of HR systems, labour laws, and practices in Italy.
/li liProven expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies.
/li liExperience in managing recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
/li liExcellent leadership and organisational skills.
/li /ul h3Completa l'offerta /h3 ul liCompetitive annual salary between €70,000 and €75,000.
/li liMeal allowance of €10 per day.
/li liPermanent employment.
