We're looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer who is passionate about building products using modern development workflows and AI-powered tools. Hybrid — Altamura, Italy Tempo parziale or full-time Fluent English required About the role You'll work closely with our CEO and Platforms Product Manager on internal products and client projects, taking features from idea to deployment. As one of our first technical hires, you'll help shape our products, development processes and engineering culture. What you'll do
Build and maintain web applications.
Develop new features and improve existing ones.
Integrate APIs and third-party services.
Debug, test and deploy applications.
Use AI tools as part of your daily development workflow. Our tech stack Java Script / Type Script · React / Next.js · Node.js · SQL / Postgre SQL · HTML / CSS · Git / Git Hub Nice to have: Supabase · Python · Docker · Vercel · Firebase · n8n · Open AI / Anthropic / Gemini APIs Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, Windsurf,
Replit or Git Hub Copilot is a plus. Who we're looking for You're proactive, eager to learn and comfortable working independently. You enjoy solving problems, researching solutions and making technical decisions with increasing autonomy. You communicate effectively in English.
Compensation
Gross annual salary (RAL): €25,000.
Italian collective agreement: CCNL Commercio, Level 4. A path to grow You'll start by building features across the stack, learning our products and workflows, and developing your technical autonomy. As your skills and ownership grow, you can progress to Full-Stack Developer , taking responsibility for features and projects from development through testing and deployment. Over time, depending on your performance, experience and company growth, the role may evolve into a Senior Developer / Technical Lead position, with responsibilities spanning architecture, development standards, mentoring and technical strategy.
