ppThe Regional Service Representative for Medium Voltage provides professional on-site services for Schneider Electric medium-voltage power distribution solutions, including commissioning, technical diagnostics, and resolution of customer issues.
The role primarily supports complex and critical projects, delivering advanced troubleshooting and on-site expertise for medium-voltage switchgear such as MCset, PIX, GHA, SM-RM-GM AirSeT, and Premset.
/p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform Startup Commissioning on all equipment across the entire medium voltage product ranges /li liEvaluate units and system's installation operational conditions /li liAbility to perform onsite adjustments to bring the units to the best running conditions /li liBe able to identify if the failure is related to a quality issue/ software issue / operation condition issue (Root cause Analysis) /li liWork with another Schneider Electric service engineers or partners during site interventions /li liDocument test results and produce site work reports /li liTrain Schneider Electric customers on basic operations of the equipment /li liAbility to perform preventive corrective maintenance for MV products /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liThorough understanding of electrical principles particularly for medium voltage, fundamentals knowledge of automation and protection relays /li liMust be able to perform duties with general direction, receiving only general guidance with respect to overall objectives.
/li liMust comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures /li liAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures, professional documents, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
/li liAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
/li liAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables /li liHandle multiple tasks simultaneously /li liWillingness to travel internationally for *****% of the working time /li /ul h3Education and Experience /h3 ul liElectrotechnical education /li liAt least 5 years' experience with commissioning and/or field service activities /li liConfirmed experience with MV power distribution products (Schneider Electric or other brands) /li liKnowledge of Protection Relays is a strong advantage /li liCapability to work alone, analyze technical challenges and propose resolutions /li liHave excellent mechanical and electrical hands?on skills /li liFluent communication in English language (B2+ level min) /li liFlexibility Reliability, Focus on technical details Customer focus, Team player /li liGood Software tools literacy: MS Office, Acrobat, AutoCAD, Power system Cx software /li /ul h3What's in it for me?
