Summary:
Meta is seeking a business and marketing professional to help build and drive Meta's marketing, communication, and enterprise solutions to significant players in CPG industries, in Italy and globally.This role will establish and expand relationships with new partners, and continue to cultivate and grow relationships with strategic clients across both advertising and enterprise business solutions. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, as well as Meta's evolving enterprise offerings, you will develop industry-specific marketing relationships and drive company results by building and optimizing complex opportunities with strategic clients.The role requires the demonstrated experience to establish solid partnerships with clients and their agencies in a constantly changing environment with clearly defined performance goals. Business development and partnership strategy for global clients beyond media, including collaborating with / influencing global product & partnerships teams to drive adoption of Meta's enterprise solutions. Established success in building C-Suite relationships, and proven experience of strategic approach in combination with consistent and high-quality execution.You will have extensive experience in consulting on cross-network marketing solutions and enterprise offerings to multichannel advertisers and businesses. Having experience managing both brand and performance based advertising products, enterprise business tools, and experience to leverage data and analytics to improve performance is required.Client Partners have consultative sales and analytical skills, with experience using data to inform client strategies; work effectively in a collaborative and cross-functional environment, and have a strong interest in Meta's products and business. Success in this position will require a proven experience to reach and influence executive level customers, ecosystem partners (e.g. Media,
Creative Agencies, Tech stakeholders, etc.), close new business, and provide holistic marketing and enterprise solutions, both on a local and global scale.

Serve as an industry thought leader across advertising and enterprise solutions
Develop and actively manage long term business partnerships, and close large deals with global clients. Drive business development and partnership strategy for global clients beyond media, including enterprise business solutions
Develop marketing and enterprise strategies for clients to leverage Meta Platforms solutions, creative approaches, and ad tech infrastructure
Identify and drive adoption of Meta's enterprise offerings as part of comprehensive client solutions
Effectively influence and drive impact cross-functionally within a matrixed environment
Understand relevant trends and opportunities in order to craft business cases that support any new requests and/or changes that change product vision/roadmap
Business & Financial Acumen: understand the client's business, industry, competition, company priorities and marketing budget, define success metrics and set goals for joint partnership objectives

10+ years of experience working in marketing, media sales & business strategy, consulting roles
Experience in building solid relationships with top global marketing decision makers. Experience as strategic advisor working with C-Level
Successful track record of negotiating and managing partnerships with Global clients, beyond media / advertising solutions
Proven track record of successfully reaching and meeting or exceeding sales revenue goals through consultative sales and analytical skills. Own forecasting and accurate client analysis to support team planning
Tech: knowledge of tech ecosystem and integrations, used to create multiple streams of income
Demonstrated experience in executive communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated track record of leadership success, and problem-solving with limited oversight
Demonstrable experience of influencing, developing, and empowering cross-functional colleagues to achieve objectives
Experience to effectively operate within a fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment
Interest in Meta's products, platforms, and mission
Fluency in Italian and English, as the role supports clients in Italy and requires collaboration with global English-speaking teams

Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
BA/BS degree, MBA a plus
Experience with enterprise or B2B solution selling
Experience with CPG evolving ecosystem is a plus
Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing, both brand and performance, ideally with experience applying measurement and attribution models
Public Compensation:
€94,000/year to €113,000/year + benefits
