/ppbr/ppbAbout the Role /b /ppTo strengthen local HR leadership, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to take full ownership of all people?related activities at this site.
/ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliLead all HR operations for the plant, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations /liliAct as the primary point of contact for trade unions and employee representatives; manage collective bargaining processes, handle grievances, and resolve labour disputes in a timely and effective manner.
/liliEnsure full compliance with the applicable CCNL (Chemical Industry) and all Italy employment laws, staying abreast of regulatory changes and implementing necessary adjustments.
/liliOversee job grading, wage structures, incentive schemes, and overtime management for production, maintenance, and logistics personnel, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
/liliPartner with plant management on workforce planning, organisational design, and succession planning to support operational targets.
/liliDrive employee engagement initiatives, promote a positive workplace culture, and foster effective two?way communication between management and the workforce.
/liliManage HR administration,



payroll alignment with CCNL provisions, and regular reporting on HR metrics (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, training hours, etc.).
/liliSupport health safety committees and ensure HR processes align with safety regulations and company policies.
/liliCoach and advise line managers on people management issues, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
/li /ulpbr/ppbQualification /b /pulliNative-level proficiency in English /liliBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with a substantial portion gained in a manufacturing / industrial plant environment.
/liliDeep, hands?on knowledge of the CCNL for the Chemical Industry and labour relations practices.
/liliProven experience managing a workforce of ***** employees in a plant setting.
/liliStrong track record in managing union relationships, collective bargaining, and complex labour disputes in a factory environment.
/liliSolid understanding of blue?collar job classifications, wage grading, and incentive systems.
/liliExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict?resolution skills.
/liliAbility to work on?site full?time and thrive in a fast?paced operational environment.
/liliPrior experience in the graphite, steel, heavy industry, or chemical sector is a strong plus /li /ulpbr/ppbRequired /b /pulliSkills In-depth expertise in Italy labour law and the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical Industry.
/liliHave experience handling CIGS (Cassa Integrazione Guadagni Straordinaria) projects /li /ulpbr/ppbPreferred Skills /b /ppExperience in managing union relationships and collective bargaining.
