This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working directly with customers, and playing a key role in bringing innovative technology solutions to life. /p h3What You'll Be Doing /h3 pAs a Professional Services Specialist, you'll support customers throughout their implementation journey, helping ensure a smooth transition from solution design through to successful service adoption. /p pYou'll work closely with customers, engineering teams, project managers, and support specialists to deliver high-quality technical solutions and an exceptional customer experience. /p h3Key responsibilities include: /h3 ul liLeading customer onboarding, implementation, and deployment activities. /li liUnderstanding customer requirements and translating business needs into practical technical solutions. /li liConfiguring and customising products, platforms, and applications to meet customer expectations. /li liSetting up and maintaining customer laboratories, demo environments, and trade show demonstrations. /li liSupporting customer User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product introductions, enhancements, and ongoing improvements. /li liAssisting with pilot installations, local deployments, certifications, and technical rollouts. /li liDelivering customer education, guidance, and system configuration support. /li liCreating and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, and implementation reports. /li liSupporting Network Operations Centre (NOC) activities,
monitoring central applications, and assisting customers with proactive system management. /li liManaging product localisation activities, including translations, master data, images, and customer-specific customisations. /li liContributing to the development of standardised service processes and best practices. /li /ul pWe're looking for someone who combines technical capability with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. /p h3You'll ideally have: /h3 ul liExperience working with Windows-based IT environments. /li liKnowledge of .NET and SQL (advantageous but not essential). /li liUnderstanding of the fuel retail, forecourt, or petroleum industry would be beneficial. /li liStrong spoken and written English skills. /li liItalian language skills; Spanish would be an additional advantage. /li liExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. /li liThe ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines. /li liA flexible and adaptable approach to changing environments and customer needs. /li liStrong interpersonal and customer service skills, including active listening and empathy. /li liWillingness to travel when required. /li /ul h3Who You'll Work With /h3 pThis role offers significant collaboration across the business.
