Location: Casale Monferrato, ItalyLead Quality in a Plant That Serves Global BrandsAt Epta Group, quality is more than compliance - it's a key driver of customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth.We're looking for a Plant Quality Manager to lead the Quality function at our Casale Monferrato manufacturing plant, a site of approximately 500 employees that produces plug-in refrigerated cabinets, commercial refrigeration solutions, and vending equipment for leading Food & Beverage brands and major retailers worldwide.This is an exciting moment to join us.
The plant is undergoing a significant transformation, with a new production layout and new machinery being introduced, creating an opportunity for a quality leader to drive continuous improvement and help shape the future of manufacturing excellence.Your ImpactAs Plant Quality Manager, you will be the voice of the customer within the factory and the reference point for all quality-related activities across the site.You will:Lead and develop a team of 10 quality professionals covering incoming goods inspection, production quality, laboratory testing, and customer claims managementEnsure compliance with the Quality Management System, ISO standards, and certification requirementsDrive improvements in quality KPIs, customer satisfaction, and supplier performanceLead root cause analysis and corrective action activities using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, PDCA, and CAPAManage customer complaints and collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, and HQPlan and lead internal and external auditsDefine quality standards, controls, and risk mitigation strategiesManage the quality budget and monitor quality-related costsSupport process optimization, operational excellence,
and manufacturing innovation initiativesWhat We're Looking ForAt least 7 years of experience in a Quality Management leadership role within a manufacturing environmentPrevious experience managing teams and driving quality improvement programsStrong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologiesExperience with supplier quality, customer quality, and quality KPI managementDegree in Engineering or equivalent technical backgroundFluent Italian and good command of EnglishGood knowledge of SAP and Microsoft OfficeStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAvailability to travel within Italy and internationallyWhy Join Epta?

CCNL level: B3/A1Base salary: From €35,000 gross per year.
