Celebrity Cruises seeks an experienced CDP Pastry to oversee the pastry galley aboard our ship, ensuring high-quality production and presentation of pastry and desserts for daily menus.
You will lead and coach pastry cooks, maintain USPH compliance, manage forecasts, waste, costs, and coordinate with the Executive Sous Chef Pastry Bakery. A background in upscale hotels or cruise ships is preferred, with strong leadership and communication skills.
