The primary focus is on overseeing the end-to-end supply chain processes, optimizing inventory levels, and fostering effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to meet production and delivery commitments. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Strategic /h3ulliDevelop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost savings. /liliEstablish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners and customers to ensure a robust and diversified supply chain network. /liliIdentify and assess potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted operations. /li /ulh3Operational /h3ulliMonitor and control inventory levels to meet production requirements while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory. /liliImplement robust inventory tracking systems and regular cycle counts. /liliSupport SCM Head in implementing effective inventory control measures. /liliAid in monitoring and controlling inventory levels as per SCM Head's directives. /liliSupport SCM Head in maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers; assist in contract negotiation with suppliers for securing favourable terms. /liliCoordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and finished products. /liliOptimize transportation and distribution processes to minimize lead times. /liliEnsure that all supply chain activities comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.



/liliCoordinate transportation and logistics activities to guarantee timely delivery of products, optimizing routes and minimizing transportation costs. /liliManage day-to-day warehouse activities, including inventory control, order fulfilment, and distribution, to meet production and customer demands. /liliCollaborate with quality assurance teams to implement and maintain quality management systems. /liliIdentify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain and implement practices. /liliAssist the SCM Lead in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the site to measure supply chain performance, contributing to the implementation of corrective actions. /liliAnalyse key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ulh3Major Details /h3ullibPlanning SOP: /bulliLead and optimize the bSales Operations Planning (SOP) /b process, ensuring data-driven integration of demand, supply, and financial projections. /liliLeading data driven demand and supply planning with cross functional alignment with Project management team, Sales/BD, Production team, QC team /liliUtilize advanced analytics to forecast demand, monitor forecast accuracy, and recommend corrective actions. /li /ul /lilibStrategic Procurement:



/bulliConduct bspend analytics /b to identify cost-saving opportunities, supplier consolidation, and risk-mitigation strategies. /liliUse procurement analytics to benchmark supplier performance, negotiate more favorable terms, and support strategic sourcing decisions. /liliLeading initiatives to identify and develop alternate vendors for key raw materials and APIs. /liliCoordinating with Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Procurement to qualify and onboard new suppliers. /lilibSpend Analytics (Cost Savings): /b Tracks cost reductions and value delivered through strategic sourcing and negotiations. /lilibProcurement Cycle Time: /b Measures the time taken from purchase requisition to order fulfillment, indicating process efficiency. /lilibSupplier On-Time Delivery: /b Percentage of deliveries received on or before the agreed date, reflecting supplier reliability /li /ul /lilibWorking Capital Management: /bulliCollaborate with cross functional teams to optimize bworking capital /b, focusing on inventory turnover, payables, and receivables. /liliAnalyze inventory levels, DOH, and AVD to minimize excess stock and reduce capital tied up in inventory. /liliDevelop and execute initiatives to improve cash flow and reduce working capital requirements through better planning and supplier negotiations. /li /ul /lilibProcess Compliance: /bulliEnsure all analytics and reporting align with internal controls and regulatory requirements. /liliSupport audits with detailed analytics on procurement, inventory, and working capital metrics. /li /ul /li /ulh3Requisiti: /h3pRequirements:DegreeExperience in Supply chain Management in chemical pharmaceutical companyGood level of english /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
