In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards throughout our manufacturing processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality benchmarks. /p ul liDevelop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures /li liConduct statistical process control (SPC) analyses to identify areas for improvement /li liPerform root cause analysis on quality issues and implement corrective actions /li liMonitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and potential problems /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes /li liEnsure compliance with industry-specific quality standards and regulations /li liPrepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders /li liTrain and mentor team members on quality control techniques and best practices /li liParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects /li liConduct regular quality audits and inspections throughout the production process /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPreferably Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management,
