Collaborate with the best As Manufacturing Experienced Professional - Manufacturing Engineering Specialist, you will be the owner for the development, maintenance, and improvement of processes critical to the manufacturing of our core products. In fact, the working area for this role is the production lines of Centrifugal Compressors Impellers. You will provide support to solve complex technical problems that arise during the manufacturing process. Working with leading-edge technology, you will make key decisions, resolve issues and oversee projects to shape enhancements. You will unite cross-functional teams to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements. You'll focus on welding processes applied to Impellers production. /ppAs a Manufacturing Experienced Professional - Manufacturing Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for: /pulliTake care of technology selection, Shop Routings emission and Processes Equipment improvement. /liliDeal with Safety and Quality in manufacturing activities through risk-based thinking and full compliance to standards and policies. /liliLead the development and qualification of new processes in welding area. /liliEvaluate manufacturing processes and shape strategic projects and initiatives to improve HSE, Quality, Processes Capabilities, Fulfillment and Productivity. /liliIntegrate digital transformation, advanced process capability and material handling concepts into the manufacturing processes. /liliDirect labour cost control and handbook update to support commercial team for costs definition and offers. /liliSupport the New Product Development and New Energy Solution projects at Turbomachinery level, and their deployment within the Cell.



/li /ulpFuel your passion /ph3To be successful in this role you will: /h3ulliHave a Master Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or a Technical education and background with demonstrated experience in Manufacturing environment. /liliPossess a good knowledge of welding technologies (in particular, Laser Welding) and its automatic application through robotics. /liliHave a basic knowledge of machining. /liliHave a basic knowledge of Turbomachinery components, with focus on CC Rotors. /liliBe high conscious of Health, Safety and Environmental practices. /liliBe able to analyse problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions. /liliBe able to work effectively across functions in a global-matrix environment. /liliBe fluent in Italian language, basic knowledge in English; hold an EU work permit. /liliHave strong oral and written communication skills. /liliStrong interpersonal and leadership skills. /liliAbility to work independently. /liliStrong problem solving skills. /li /ulh3Work in a way that works for you /h3pWe recognise that everyone is different and the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best varies.
