Check out our blog (tech radar and what we do) and our website. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liSupport the PMs, EM and the team in developing front-end and backend solutions (end user-facing and administrative user-facing) according to UX/UI designs, guaranteeing quality and scalability /li liHelp the team identify front-end and back-end architectural solutions based on business logic and requirements, managing the Technical Complexity /li liHelp us maximize the user experience and quality of our product /li /ul h3What you’ll bring to the table: /h3 ul liYou have proven experience (4/5+ years) in autonomously managing and delivering projects, stakeholders and other team members to guarantee cooperation, communication and alignment /li liYou have experience in tech leadership, and know when to delegate, when to manage, and when to lead /li liYou are fully autonomous in managing project requirements,



implementation and delivery of backend/frontend solutions /li liYou have an outcome and product driven mindset in your solutions /li liYou have experience in delivery management and Agile practices /li liYou have experience in working with Product and Design on finding optimal solutions to business requirements /li liYou are already familiar and an advocate in using AI in your development workflow, with AI IDEs (Cursor/Copilot) and CLIs (Claude Code CLI or Gemini CLI) /li liFluent English; comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-market, remote-first environment /li /ul h3Technological experience with: /h3 ul liVue / Nuxt3 (or React) and Typescript /li liNode NestJS /li liSEO and UI/UX on mobile and desktop applications /li liRESTful APIs and/or GraphQL /li liUnit and integration tests /li liSQL Postgres/BigQuery (or MySQL databases) /li liGit, Github, Github Actions (or alternatives) /li liDocker and managing containers in development environment /li /ul h3Bonus points: /h3 ul liClean Code, Clean Architecture, SOLID principles /li liVitest / Jest / Pest /li liMicroservices, RabbitMQ, Kafka /li liA/B testing tools and domain-driven design /li liYou’re already part of the WeRoad community /li /ul pHere you can check our tech stack. /p h3You Will Love Working At WeRoad If /h3 ul liYou dream big, aim higher, and push yourself beyond limits you didn't think possible.
