We are seeking a skilled Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology solutions, helping our clients optimize their business processes and drive digital transformation.
As part of our AI & Data Automation domain, you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple industries, collaborating with international teams and growing your expertise in enterprise solutions.

What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Experience in software development with any modern language or framework.
- Ability to work with APIs and integrate external services into applications.
- Curiosity, experimentation mindset, and interest in AI-assisted development.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar).
- Problem-solving attitude with a focus on building and iterating quickly.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in team environments.
- Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
- Availability for short- and medium-term business travel.
The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €28,000 to €42,000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).
What we would consider a plus
- Experience with AI tools, frameworks, or platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, etc.).
- Practical experience with prompt design, evaluation, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools and rapid prototyping approaches
- Background in Microsoft ecosystem (c#, python, Azure, Copilot 365, Copilot Studio).
- Experience working on experimental projects or MVP development.
- Availability for occasional short- and medium-term business travel.
