and propose high value-added consulting services.- Participate in the preparation and presentation of commercial offers.\*\*Recruitment\*\*- Build and grow your team of consultants by identifying profiles that best match the objectives of your business unit.- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to attract, select, and hire the best talent in the market.\*\*Management\*\*- Manage and expand your client portfolio by building strong and long-lasting relationships.- Manage and empower team resources by supporting their professional growth through monitoring, coaching, and continuous development activities.- Handle budgets and costs related to contractual negotiations and salary proposals.## What we expect from you* Master's Degree in Engineering, scientific pathways or equivalent qualifications* Professional experience of 2-3 years in Sales, Business Development, or as a technical consultant in consultancy* Interest in business, consultancy, and people management* You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are
