The Opportunity
As Sales Manager, you'll take a proactive,
front-foot role in driving growth across Western Europe — targeting organisations operating in the cardholder, loyalty, and member benefits ecosystem .
This isn't an account management role.
This is about opening doors, creating opportunities, and closing high-value deals .
What You'll Be Doing
Proactively target and win new business across financial services, fintech, travel, mobile and membership sectors
Identify, engage and convert opportunities in the cardholder and member benefits space
Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting through to negotiation and close
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive market expansion across Western Europe
Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders
Spot opportunities within both new prospects and existing clients to maximise revenue growth
Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Work cross-functionally with product, marketing and delivery teams
