In this role, you will partner with business leaders to drive people strategies, foster employee engagement, and support organizational growth. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring consistent HR practices and compliance while contributing to talent development and business performance.Key Responsibilities* Support talent acquisition activities, including hiring decisions and onboarding processes* Monitor workforce metrics and labor costs to support data-driven decision aligned with business objectives* Manage the full employee lifecycle,
