The incumbent prepares and presents cases, provides information, follows up on recommendations, and manages administrative write-off cases, ensuring compliance with UN rules and regulations. The position is crucial for processing and analyzing compensation claims, accident reports, and property damage documentation,
facilitating accurate determinations and resolutions.
Responsibilities: The Claims Assistant is responsible for preparing and presenting cases to the LPSB and CRB, providing necessary clarifications, and tracking recommendations. This includes offering administrative support to the CRB Chairperson and disseminating approved recommendations to relevant parties. The role involves preparing and reviewing Administrative Write-off cases, verifying documentation accuracy, and ensuring compliance with UN regulations.
