Role Overview
The Group People Development & Training Specialist , based at Somacis HQ in Castelfidardo , reports to the Group Chief HR Officer .
This role is responsible for designing and leading the company’s people development strategies and performance management processes , ensuring the growth of skills and the promotion of a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement . The role works closely with HR leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment of talent initiatives with business goals , fostering an engaging and high-performance workplace.
