Are you at the start of your career and eager to make an impact in an international working environment? At Golden Agri-Resources (GAR), you'll have the chance to truly develop yourself through a unique 18-month traineeship where your personal and professional growth take centre stage.
From day one, you will step into a challenging role, contributing to strategic projects, and gaining hands‐on experience across multiple departments. The program might include spending time in other offices in Europe, including Netherlands and Spain, giving you international exposure and a broad understanding of GAR's operations.
The Traineeship is About:
Rotational experience across key areas: Commercial, Operations, Business Development, Finance & Trade Control
Hands‐on learning from industry experts, developing both technical and soft skills
Mentorship and coaching from peers and senior leaders
Collaborating with talented colleagues from Europe, Asia, and the Americas
