For a pharmaceutical company, we are looking for an ASSOCIATE SCIENTIST

Requirements

- Prepare formulations and perform in-process analytical characterization for development and stability studies.
- Follow laboratory protocols and electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) requirements with accuracy.
- Manage documentation to ensure process traceability and timely issue reporting.
- Understand and follow standard protocols and procedures consistently.
- Collect and generate data while maintaining high ethical standards and data integrity.
- Participate in discussions on the design of scientific experiments and contribute actively.
- Write laboratory protocols and reports when needed to support internal project documentation.
- Present scientific data in internal meetings clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

- Prepare formulations and perform in-process analytical characterization for development and stability studies.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) requirements.
- Manage documentation to guarantee traceability of processes and timely issue reporting.
- Support the design of scientific experiments by contributing technical input during discussions.




- Prepare and present scientific data during internal meetings and project reviews.
- Draft laboratory protocols and reports to support internal project documentation when required.

Skills

- A Master’s Degree in Biochemistry, Biology, or Chemistry is required for this role.
- Good spoken and written English is required for effective communication in a scientific environment.
- Teamwork, proactiveness, and the ability to escalare issues quickly to the Lab Head are essential.
- Clear communication skills are needed to present scientific data effectively.
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques, adjuvants, colorimetric assay for protein quantification, SDS page, Dynamic light Scattering technique, Static light scattering technique, Western blot, Dot blot, UV-Vis spectroscopy, HPLC, and HPAEC-PAD (High-Performance Anion-Exchange Chromatography with Pulsed Amperometric Detection) is preferred.
- Previous laboratory experience is preferred for this position.
