As an Account Executive Inbound at Odoo, we handle the whole sales cycle adopting a consultative sales approach and guide prospects by actively driving the sales process – all with a high focus on our product's added value.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert at using Odoo and acquire technical/functional knowledge
- Handle the entire sales cycle from qualification to closing, without prospecting!
- Analyze customer requirements, business processes, and operational pain points
- Provide customers with a tailor‑made demonstration of the software
- Create customized offers and negotiate contracts
- Manage the closing of the account and after‑sales period (for 6 months)
Must have
- 1-4 years of work experience as a Salesperson, or Consultant, preferably in the B2B market
- Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)
- Strong knowledge of how businesses are structured
- Genuine interest in software products
- Ability to generate trust and enthusiasm through your positive,
energetic, and creative attitude
Nice to have
- Results‑oriented and open‑minded personality
- Knowledge of ERP and SaaS market
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to adapt to a new environment and strategies
