As an Associate Engineer at Danfoss, you will drive process improvements in a multinational manufacturing environment. You will work with operations to optimize capability, safety, and efficiency using established tools and methodologies. You will develop essential process documentation and contribute to Lean projects that elevate performance. This role offers cross-functional collaboration and the chance to influence manufacturing outcomes at scale. - Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or Information Engineering or equivalent

- Experience driving innovative ideas with a focus on digital solutions

- Experience xysqume in medium-sized companies or engineering consultancy

- Ability to understand and meet internal/external customer needs and develop process optimizations
