DRIVE YOUR FUTURE You will join the HSE function, and you will be involved in improving safety and ergonomics through procedure creation, risk management, training, data analysis, and site collaboration. This internship offers hands‑on experience,



providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN You will support your tutor in:

- Redacting Corporate Procedures and implementing Ergonomics Risk reduction programs.
- Conducting training sessions on Technical Safety matters.
- Analyzing HSE‑related data and support Pirelli sites in adopting technical and organizational validated solutions using digital tools.
- Deploying Risk Assessment‑driven processes.
- Development of a structured approach to identify, classify and monitor Serious Injury & Fatality (SIF) events, contributing to the continuous improvement of the company's safety management processes.

The internship may also offer the opportunity to carry out an experimental thesis on the topic. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Very good knowledge of Office and database management.
- Comprehensive knowledge about Safety (Machineries, Ergonomics, etc…) regulation, related standard and best practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
