HSPI S.P.A., a leading management consulting firm specializing in IT Governance services and part of the TXT Group, is looking to strengthen its team at its Bologna office by hiring a Senior PMO. The successful candidate will be operationally based at a major client in the Insurance sector, supporting an area governance assignment with direct responsibility for Financial Management activities.Main ResponsibilitiesIndependently support the planning and operational coordination of the area, overseeing the various projects within its scopeMaintain and monitor planning tools, including Gantt charts, milestones and activity plansPrepare periodic reporting and documentation to support the clientManage daily interactions with the client's contacts and stakeholders, including on-site activitiesMonitor project progress, activities and deadlines across the area, proactively identifying and reporting risks and interdependenciesOperationally manage Financial Management activities, including the update and monitoring of area and project budgetsPrepare financial reporting, monitor actuals against forecasts and identify any variancesSupport invoicing and cost reporting processes towards the clientRequired Technical SkillsSolid and proven senior-level experience in PMO/Project Management roles, preferably gained in consulting environments working directly with end clientsGood knowledge of budgeting and cost control principlesExcellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite,
