ppAs part of our organizational development and to support our growth, we are looking for a bBid Engineer /b to join our bBusiness Division Energy /b team in bMilan /b. /p pWorking closely with the bBusiness Development /b and bEngineering Project Delivery /b teams, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the preparation of bcompetitive EPC commercial proposals /b for our projects in the bEnergy, High Voltage, Lines Substations /b sectors. /p h3Your Main Responsibilities Will Be /h3 ul liPreparing and structuring commercial proposals by defining the most relevant technical and commercial strategy for our clients; /li liCoordinating internal technical teams involved in the preparation of differentiated and competitive bids; /li liLeading bid presentations and contract negotiations with clients, identifying all project stakes in view of contract award; /li liSupporting the client throughout the entire project execution phase,
acting as Contract Manager; /li liWorking in close collaboration with CAP INGELEC’s Delivery team to ensure full client satisfaction. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pYou hold a bMaster’s degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering /b (or equivalent) and have bat least 7 years of proven experience /b in bEPC projects /b, ideally in the bhigh-voltage (HV) /b or benergy /b sectors. /p pYou are recognized for your bstrong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities /b, and you have a strong interest in technical topics. /p pbFluency in both Italian and English is required /b, while French would be an asset. /p pbReady to take on major technical challenges?
