Helps on taking orders when required. /liliPresent menus, answer guest inquiries, and make recommendations regarding food, beverage, and service /liliClear and reset tables at the conclusion of each course /liliMaintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service throughout operations /liliKnows how to use the Micros system /liliDemonstrate thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu, and the ability to recommend combinations and upsell alternatives when required /liliProvide a welcoming and professional service to guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner /liliSupport special events and high-volume service periods /liliEnsure compliance with service and hygiene standards at all times /liliPromote a guest-focused and service-driven culture within the outlet /li /ulpbr/ppstrongCandidate Profile /strong /ppbr/pulliMinimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related hospitality environment /liliHigh standards of personal presentation and grooming /liliStrong knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings /liliAbility to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and objectivity /liliStrong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset /liliKnowledge of the city of Rome and history /liliNative or Fluent in Italian and English.
