IT Administrator & Automation IT Support Coordinator-Business Process Improvement / Low-Code Automation/ Italian and Japanese speaking-An industrial manufacturing company in Turin is seeking a Business Process & Automation Specialist to join its Administration, Finance, and Control team.The role will focus on operating and improving a low-code BPM platform while also supporting day-to-day finance and administrative activities.

As the new system develops, you will gradually take on a larger role in workflow optimisation, automation, and digital process improvement.The ideal candidate should have strong logical and analytical thinking, good Excel skills and an interest in using technology to improve business processes.

- Please include this when making any enquiries.)Main ResponsibilitiesMaintain and configure workflows on the low-code BPM platformProvide technical support to internal users and assist with system-related queriesIdentify opportunities to optimise workflows and improve business processesSupport payment processing, expense management, and other finance administrationManage data imports and exports between business systemsSupport internal control processes including P2P, contract management,
and T&E; activitiesDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards using business dataWork with the CFO and Finance Manager to understand business processes and propose practical improvementsIdeal CandidateAt least 2 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, IT Support, or a related areaStrong logical and analytical thinking with the ability to structure processes and conditionsIntermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUP, IF functions, and table managementExperience using SaaS or cloud-based servicesInterest in low-code/no-code tools and business process automationExperience with Power Automate, Salesforce, or similar platforms would be advantageousBasic accounting or administrative experience would be advantageousItalian and English language skillsConditionsLocation: Suburb East of Turin in Italy Working Style: office-based roleSalary: €42,000-€45,000 per annum (depending on experience)Job Type: 12-month initial contract with strong potential for renewal and long-term employmentWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00 (1-hour lunch break)Start: ASAPWe regret that we cannot accept applications from Working holiday, Graduate or Student visa holders. xlwpduy If your application is successful, you will be contacted within two business days.
