Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing Customer Experience team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients; answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves people feeling supported and heard. You do not need a background in HR technology; what matters is that you genuinely enjoy helping people, stay calm under pressure, and take ownership of problems until they are solved.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate to technical teams where necessary
- Guide new users through the Bryq platform and help them get set up
- Log and track client interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Identify common issues and share feedback with the product team to improve the client experience
- Meet individual and team service level targets for response time and resolution quality
- Support onboarding of new client accounts alongside the Customer Success team

Requirements

Required Qualifications





- 1–3 years of experience in a customer service, support, or client-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously without losing attention to detail
- Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new software quickly
- Secondary education or above

Preferred (Nice to Have)

- Experience in a SaaS, HR technology, or recruitment environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk)
- A second European language
- Experience working in retail, hospitality, or call centre environments — your frontline service skills translate directly
