Gruppo Lactalis Italia is looking for Van Salespeople (even without prior experience) to join its Tentata Vendita network, who will have the opportunity to develop technical skills by working directly in the field. Specifically, reporting to the District Sales Manager, they will be responsible, for their geographical area, for: * Developing sales in the area by leveraging commercial opportunities provided monthly by the company to capture market potential; * Selling and delivering products daily to customers through the Tentata Vendita system with a company-provided van; * Promoting the product portfolio consisting of important historical Italian and international brands (Galbani, Cademartori, Vallelata, Invernizzi, Locatelli, President, Leerdammer,
…); * Researching and acquiring new customers by developing the HO.RE.CA channel and the Traditional Trade channel; * Applying the company's commercial policy to existing customers; * Managing customer commercial and payment terms. Resources who distinguish themselves through commercial acumen, entrepreneurship, and management skills will be selected for opportunities across the national territory. ***Required skills*** * Diploma/Degree; * Strong interest in the world of sales and a desire to undertake a career in Tentata Vendita; * Availability for geographical mobility across the national territory will be an essential requirement; * Sales experience in the food sector, preferably in the ho.re.ca channel, will be positively evaluated; * Category B driving license. ***The company offers*** * Fixed-term contract; * Monthly incentive system based on objectives; * Mentoring and dedicated training on product knowledge and sales techniques; The search is open to candidates of both sexes (L. 903/77).
