At Fedrigoni you will **discover extraordinary*** every day. **About the role** We are looking for a Junior Supply Chain Analyst – Stock Controlling (intern) to join our Coating Planning team. In this role, you will report to the Coating Planning Manager (Roll EU) and gain hands-on experience in manufacturing and supply chain processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Order Fulfilment, Production, Quality, IT, and Commercial, contributing to daily operations and performance monitoring. The role also offers exposure to Plant Directors and the Operations Director. **Key responsibilities** * Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure alignment with company targets and policies; * Support the definition of optimal stock levels,
balancing service level and working capital; * Collaborate with internal teams to maintain stock targets and ensure operational continuity; * Analyse production constraints and identify opportunities for capacity improvement; * Monitor and update KPIs in line with company standards; * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Coating Planning team. **What we are looking for** * Degree in Engineering or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s); * Experience in a similar role is a plus; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams; * Proactive attitude, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn; * Ability to manage workload and work under pressure; * Good knowledge of Excel and IT tools; * Results-oriented mindset with a pragmatic and customer-focused approach; * Fluent in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus). **Selection process** Interview with the HR team and the Coating Planning Manager (Roll EU) **Location** Sassoferrato (AN), Italia **Ready to start your new exciting journey with us?
