About the job
The Purchasing Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day procurement activities of the hotel, ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services while maintaining Mandarin Oriental quality standards. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role plays an important part in supporting the operational and financial success of Mandarin Oriental, Rome through effective supplier management, inventory control and purchasing best practices.

Manage the day-to-day purchasing activities of the hotel, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
