Openjobmetis SpA is looking for a CNC OPERATOR for an important company operating in the aeronautical sector.

Role and Responsibilities

The resource will be responsible for the following activities:

- Machine setup (tool assembly, tool centering/alignment, part assembly, part centering, tool pre-setting, tool assembly on chain, machine axis/tool configuration)
- MDI (manual) machine tool management, instruction block recovery, preventive machining control, part probing, facing dimension, tool replacement, tool correction.

Measuring instruments used: external, internal, plate micrometers, calibrated rollers, bore gauges, calipers, altimeters, radius gauges, comparators, Johnson gauges (hundredths and thousandths). The operator's activity on the machine tool is guided by the use of an operational card indicating the dimensioned part to be produced, centering indications, and a tool sheet. During the working phase of the part, the operator will have to perform preventive machining (intermediate checks)



and final geometric testing. Machine programming is not performed by the operator. Material removal processes:
- Turning
- Milling
- Gear cutting
- Grinding
- Lapping
- Honing
- CNC Machining Center

Requirements and Required Skills

- Technical diploma
- Knowledge of mechanical drawing: linear and geometric tolerances, projections, sections, roughness
- Knowledge of mechanical technology
- Auxiliary and preparatory functions of numerical control (useful for program comprehension)
- Knowledge of measuring instruments
- Availability to work on three shifts.

Temporary contract with possibility of extensions, Level D2 CCNL METALMECCANICO INDUSTRIA (gross annual salary between €22,000 - €28,000).
