NewtonThrust™
NewtonThrust is an already-active, structured international business system, with operational, technological, and commercial processes that are validated and in a scaling phase for high-value economic projects, with a launch scheduled for November '26.
The R&D; Team is made up of C-Level and Sub C-Level figures who work directly on executing the system, contributing in a measurable way to value generation.
The model provides for participation of up to 40% of the total net profit generated by business volume.
This is not a fixed-salary position, nor a standard collaboration.
It is a high-responsibility operational environment intended for people capable of executing, optimizing, and directly impacting the system's results.
Who we are looking for:
Product Manager – Minimum commitment of 4 hours a day (20 hours a week) — Full flexibility based on KPIs, performance, and measurable results
1. Responsibilities:
- Define and oversee the product roadmap in alignment with the C-Level Board's strategic vision, translating business objectives, operational needs, and monetization logic into concrete, scalable, high-impact digital processes.
- Coordinate the entire product development cycle, overseeing operational workflows, priorities, execution, and the final quality of features built by the R&D; team.
- Translate complex processes tied to the automotive sector, commercial negotiations, and omnichannel dynamics into intuitive, immersive, and efficient digital experiences.
- Collaborate directly with the CTO, CPO, TPM, PMO, design team, and development team.
- Manage the backlog, priorities, milestones, releases, and delivery processes, ensuring KPIs are met.
- Analyze processes, touchpoints, funnels, and user behavior to identify inefficiencies, issues, and optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to the design of advanced dashboards, interactive workflows, and non-traditional UX systems geared toward immersive, cinematic, high-conversion experiences.
- Help build an advanced Product Experience System, integrating motion design, UX storytelling, interaction design, and evolved navigation logic.
- Support the evolution of the design system, maintaining structural consistency across the homepage, dashboards, operational areas, commercial touchpoints, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional processes across technical, design, business, legal, and operations areas.
- Ensure a product vision oriented toward real value, global scalability, and structural competitive advantages in the automotive sector.
- Actively participate in strategic product decisions and future developments of the infrastructure.
2. Core Skills:
- Solid experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or equivalent role in complex environments — SaaS, digital platforms, or multi-process infrastructures.
- Strong ability to translate business, operational, and commercial needs into structured, scalable, results-oriented product roadmaps.
- Experience managing complex digital products with multidisciplinary teams made up of developers, designers, PMs, and C-Level figures.
- Advanced knowledge of UX, user flows, interaction design, and conversion logic geared toward premium, highly interactive experiences.
- Ability to understand and coordinate frontend/backend architectures, API processes, complex workflows, and technological integrations.
- Experience managing backlogs, sprints, roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and Agile/Scrum/Kanban processes.
- Strong analytical, data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret metrics, statistics, user behavior, and operational performance.
- Ability to work in high-intensity operational environments, making quick decisions while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Experience in cross-functional coordination across design, engineering, product, and business.
- Knowledge of or interest in modern technologies and libraries such as GSAP, WebGL, Three.js, and advanced experience-engineering systems.
- Strong organizational skills, operational leadership, and a strong focus on efficiency.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, and a concrete orientation toward value creation.
- Ability to work autonomously, with responsibility and a strong results orientation.
- Preferable experience in omnichannel ecosystems, marketplaces, B2B/B2C platforms, or highly complex international business models.
Language required: Italian, written and spoken (mandatory) 3. Why should I apply for this role ?
- Joining an already-active operational asset that allows for immediate impact without long setup phases or theoretical training.
- Already-tested operational processes that allow you to focus exclusively on execution and delivering value.
- Direct access to a global database of supply-chain players, already structured for multi-domain operations.
- Collaboration with an R&D; team made up of senior figures with real operational experience on complex systems.
- A fast governance structure with constant support from the C-Level decision-making tier.
- Already-defined operational roadmaps that reduce uncertainty and increase execution speed.
- Involvement in operational solutions to real problems related to regulation, intermediation, and trade.
- Direct impact on performance metrics and the economic volumes generated by the software system.
- An economic-participation model of up to 40% of the results generated by the R&D; team.
- Growth paths based on performance and verifiable execution ability.
- Ongoing interaction with international-level stakeholders, partners, and talent.
- International structure with an LLC base and governance integrated through an operating holding company.
- Full operational flexibility with remote work and evaluation based solely on KPIs and results.
4. What kind of contribution is expected of me?
- Continuous hands-on operational training, with mentorship from senior figures active on real, complex projects.
- Fast onboarding into an already-structured system, with immediate access to established tools, processes, and workflows.
- Active participation in B2C and B2B commercial launches already underway, with direct impact on performance metrics and operational results.
- Constant operational support to ensure execution speed, reduce blockers, and maximize productivity.
- An economic-participation model of up to 40% of the volumes generated, tied to the quality and continuity of one's operational contribution.
- The opportunity to work on already-validated projects, skipping initial experimentation phases and focusing solely on execution.
- Potential for long-term stability and continuity based on performance and operational reliability.
5. What are the concrete benefits and economic participation?
- Ongoing training and mentorship from senior members and the C-Level Board.
- Fast onboarding and constant operational support.
- Participation in B2C and B2B launches already underway, with measurable results.
- Long-term contracts and professional stability.
- Participation of up to 40% of business volumes, distributed evenly.
- Immediate impact without starting from zero.
6. How does the operational roadmap work? The roadmap is structured as a progressive execution pipeline. Full system development is not required to start generating results; the approach is based on incremental activation and immediate operational contribution.
Phase 1 — Activation of existing commercial processes (in progress)
The system uses an already-operational database containing every player in the high-value automotive supply chain. Commercial and bureaucratic processes are already standardized, enabling immediate execution of operations. The technological component already supports active commercial activities, making immediate operational impact possible.
Phase 2 — B2C expansion and B2B database consolidation The B2C phase enables new activations and licenses, growing the operational database. This process strengthens the Sales structure and prepares the systematic conversion of the B2B database into an active asset. The focus is on increasing operational capacity and system density.
Phase 3 — MVP integration and release of the full system The MVP integrates all technological and operational modules into a single infrastructure across multiple channels. The resulting system is fully scalable and ready for global operations. The R&D; team contributes directly to optimizing and delivering results at scale.
7. How do I apply, and what should I expect from the process?
Access to the selection process happens through a proprietary, structured evaluation system, designed to identify profiles with high capacity for operational and strategic impact.
Candidates must follow the instructions precisely, fill in the required information, and upload a complete CV with relevant experience.
Every application undergoes an initial qualitative review based on accuracy, clarity, and consistency with the business model.
Suitable profiles are contacted for an initial phone interview, technical and analytical in nature, aimed at verifying their real capacity to contribute to the system.
The process is highly selective and geared toward identifying senior or sub-senior individuals capable of generating immediate value within the ecosystem.
