Responsibilities include training end-users and troubleshooting technical issues to enhance productivity. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pp• Manage and configure Google Workspace accounts, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet for internal teams. /pp• Provide Tier 2 technical support for Google Workspace-related issues, escalating complex problems as needed. /pp• Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on Google Workspace functionality and best practices. /pp• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize Google Workspace workflows. /pp• Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce compliance and security policies within Google Workspace. /ppbr/ppbRequired Skills Qualifications: /b /pp• Proficiency in Google Workspace administration,
