Your tasks: The position is responsible for managing the assigned budget and overseeing both technical and sales activities in alignment with the company's vision and mission. Meeting and exceeding sales targets within the assigned area Supporting the training, mentoring, and development of the Sales Team (internal & external) to ensure quality consistency, increase sales and profitability, and strengthen team know-how Identifying and acquiring new customers, while expanding existing accounts Analyzing market trends and competitor activities and developing effective response strategies Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, including first- and second-level contact with customer management Responding quickly, flexibly, and effectively to customer demands, exceeding expectations, and negotiating projects and orders Coordinating customer needs with internal stakeholders, managing offer tracking, and improving internal processes and workflows Monitoring performance via KPIs, reporting regularly, aligning with Area/Country Manager,
ensuring compliance with company policies, and conducting regular HQ visits Your skills: With this knowledge you will strengthen our team.
