ph3JOB PURPOSE /h3 pWe’re looking for a motivated IT Service Management Intern to support our IT Service Manager in daily operations, service coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop AI models to help our system to thrive and evolve. This is a great opportunity for someone aiming to grow in IT operations and service delivery. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liIT Service Desk Support: Assist in handling user non standard requests (incidents and service requests), including classification, prioritization, and follow‑up. /li liIT Service Monitoring: Support daily system checks, KPI tracking, and SLA verification. /li liTechnical Documentation: Support our external consultants to create internal procedures, knowledge base articles, and operational guides. /li liProcess Improvement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing ITSM workflows.
