Every day they welcome customers, manage sales activities, and take care of product display, ensuring a well-maintained and welcoming environment. **Objectives of the role:** * Welcome every customer and guide them in realizing their projects, offering support and advice on their purchase. * Listen to customer needs to identify the most suitable solutions, enhancing the products and services of your department. * Contribute to the care and organization of the department, ensuring an orderly, safe, and welcoming environment. * Work as a team to offer a simple, effective, and satisfying shopping experience. **What We Offer:** * 5-day working week (Mon-Sun), with shifts planned 4 weeks in advance. * Continuous feedback and internal professional development paths. * Continuous online HUB training.
* Bonus system tied to individual and team results. * Employee share ownership in Adeo Group, conventions, and supplementary health care (Fondo Est). * For this position, an annual gross salary range between **€23,300 and €30,000** is provided for full-time employment. For tempo parziale contracts, remuneration will be proportional to the contractually agreed hours.
