We are seeking a SENIOR ACCOUNTANT with expertise in the French market to join a multinational company.brIdeal Profile:br- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent;br- Minimum 3 years of experience in general and tax accounting;br- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping and reporting;br- Experience with finance, asset management and payment processes;br- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, reliability and problem-solving skills;br- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel;br- Fluent in English and Italian, French is a plus;br- Knowledge of French GAAP and local accounting/tax regulations is preferred, but not mandatory.brJob Description:brThe selected candidate, based in Milan and part of the South Europe Accounting Team, the will:br- Manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Group's French entities;br- Oversee AP, AR, sales, purchases and non-trade payables;br- Support cash management, payments and financial reporting;br- Maintain and review financial records, including fixed assets,
payroll postings and month-end accruals;br- Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations;br- Manage general accounting, VAT returns and statutory tax reporting, in collaboration with local advisors;br- Liaise with external auditors and support the resolution of accounting matters;br- Contribute to process improvements, internal controls and finance projects.br- Operational support in the organization of meetings, events and corporate activities.brAvailability: Immediate or to be agreed.brWork location: Province of Milan (Sesto San Giovanni and nearby towns in the northern Milan area).brWe offer:br- Employment type: permanent employment contract;br- Working hours: full-time;br- Salary (RAL): 43.000 - 48.000brInterested candidates are invited to send their CV after reading the privacy policy on our website .
