HSPI S.p.A., part of the TXT Group, operates in Business Consulting, IT Governance and Digital Innovation , supporting public and private sector clients in organizational and digital transformation projects.
To strengthen its teams in Rome and support activities for a Central Public Administration, HSPI is looking for a Management Consultant to join the team and provide PMO and Technical Assistance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Public Administration bodies in PMO activities and project coordination, including projects managed by external suppliers
- Providing Technical Assistance
- Monitoring project progress, deadlines, issues and deliverables
- Monitoring, reporting and accounting for costs related to funded projects
- Preparing reports and project documentation to support control and governance activities
- Liaising with institutional and technical stakeholders to coordinate project activities
- Supporting the Project Manager in the operational management of the project
- Participating in client meetings and coordination sessions
Technical Requirements
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to prepare reports and project documentation
- Good analytical and information organization skills
- Basic knowledge of PMO and/or project management processes in IT or Public Administration environments
- Previous experience in PMO, management consulting or technical assistance activities for Public Administration
