Senior SAP EWM Consultant – Remote-First, Italy

Italian residency required | Remote-first | ~35% international travel | Fluent English & Italian required

We are building a c ommunity of peak-performance consultants c: people who deliver excellent work, keep developing and help the people around them grow.

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll have significant autonomy and responsibility, but you won’t be expected to figure everything out alone.

You’ll work closely with Milos Jankovic , CEO and SAP EWM Solution Architect, who will coach and guide you directly as you continue developing your technical, consulting and leadership capabilities.

From there, your career can evolve in different directions depending on your strengths and ambitions: towards a technical path such as Solution Architect, or towards a management path such as Project Manager or Delivery Lead.

YOUR ROLE

You’ll take ownership of complex international SAP EWM solutions and act as a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues, including:

- Lead SAP EWM solution design
- Translate complex warehouse and logistics operations into robust system solutions
- Lead customer workshops and advise stakeholders
- Make sound functional and solution-design decisions
- Guide implementations, testing, cutovers and go-lives
- Troubleshoot complex business and system challenges
- Lead and support Consultants and Business Analysts
- Coach colleagues and help develop their technical and consulting capabilities

Your impact won’t stop at project delivery. As one of our senior people, you’ll also contribute to how Koretrust works,



help strengthen our capabilities and play a role in the future growth of the company. And because we teach what we know, you’ll contribute to our SAP Education business through learning content creation and training delivery.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

- Has a minimum of 6 years of SAP EWM implementation experience
- Has completed at least 2 end-to-end SAP EWM implementations
- Has deep hands-on configuration and solution-design expertise
- Has strong understanding of warehouse and logistics operations and how to model them in SAP EWM
- Is confident leading customer workshops and advising stakeholders
- Can work independently, take ownership and make sound decisions
- Can lead and support a small team of Consultants and Business Analysts
- Enjoys coaching, mentoring and helping others grow
- Values giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Is interested in teaching and knowledge sharing
- Is fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken
- Wants to continue developing towards broader technical, delivery or people leadership

COMPENSATION & PRACTICALITIES

- RAL: €40,000 – €50,000 gross/year + up to 10% annual performance bonus
- Company car agevolazioni
- Home-office setup budget
- Additional compensation for business travel requiring an overnight stay
- Paid overtime when exceptional project needs require it
- Applicable CCNL: CCNL Commercio, Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Confcommercio)

You must be resident in Italy. International travel averages around 35% , with more intensive periods around workshops and go-lives. Good access to an international airport and a driving license are important.
