Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior SAP C4C Consultant to join our consulting team.

The selected candidate will work on SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) projects, supporting clients in the analysis, configuration and optimisation of customer relationship management processes.

The role is designed for candidates who have gained initial hands-on experience with SAP C4C and want to develop their functional and consulting skills by working on international transformation projects.

You will collaborate with experienced consultants, business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Important Requirements

- To be considered for this role, candidates MUST have:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C)
- Experience in SAP C4C configuration and implementation activities
- Knowledge of CRM business processes
- Experience working in consulting companies or system integrators
- Ability to analyse business requirements and support functional solutions
- Fluent knowledge of both Italian and English, written and spoken
- Please note:

Candidates without SAP C4C experience or with experience only as end-users in final client companies may not be aligned with the requirements of this role.

Main Responsibilities

- Analyse business requirements related to CRM processes
- Support SAP C4C functional analysis and configuration activities
- Participate in SAP C4C implementation and enhancement projects
- Support testing activities, UAT and post go-live phases
- Prepare functional documentation and project deliverables
- Assist in workshops and training activities with key users
- Collaborate with senior consultants and technical teams
- Technical & Functional Skills

Mandatory

- SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C)
- Basic knowledge of CRM processes
- Functional analysis skills
- Understanding of SAP implementation methodologies

Nice to have

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration scenarios
- Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
- Data migration experience
- SAP certifications
- Knowledge of SAP BTP
