**DRIVE YOUR FUTURE** The candidate will work within the R&D; team and he/she will support his/her tutor in the following activities: * Deep understanding of the individual components and their critical aspects in the manufacturing of tires. * Producing reports to summarize the main KPIs starting from the data collected throughout the manufacturing process of tires. * Understanding and supporting the team about technical documentations, legal certifications and testing results. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** * Degree in Engineering, Physics or similar technical topics. * **Soft Skills**: Interest in manufacturing, pro-activity, flexibility and adaptability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent in English. An interest in problem solving and optimization techniques, a preference for data-driven decision making. * **Hard skills:** Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, CAD software.
