**Gruppo Lactalis Italia** is looking for a brilliant graduating student or recent graduate to join the Human Resources Department of **BU Cheese**. The resource, supporting the HR Business Partner, will be responsible for the following activities: * Manage the selection and onboarding process for operational plant personnel, also through managing relationships with temporary employment agencies; * Analyze training needs and organize courses related to personnel training; * Support in the correct application of regulations and the relevant National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL); * Monitor and develop HR KPI reporting; * Support the HR Business Partner by facilitating the flow of information between the company and employees.
**REQUIRED SKILLS** * Degree in humanities or economics; * Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel; * Good knowledge of the English language; French will be considered a plus; * Excellent interpersonal skills, good communication and organizational skills; * Curiosity and precision; * Team working and problem solving; * Strong results orientation and proactivity. **KEY INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSITION** * Internship duration: 6 months; * Internship location: Casale Cremasco (CR); * Monthly allowance of €800 and access to the company canteen.
