HR Operations Specialist - Milan, Italy | Permanent | Full-Time Are you an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced international environment and enjoys balancing strategic HR initiatives with hands-on operational excellence? With a strong international presence and a rapidly expanding footprint across Europe, they are playing a key role in accelerating the global transition to clean energy. As their Italian business continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to support and develop their people strategy in the region. The Opportunity: As the HR Operations Specialist for Italy, you will act as a trusted partner to both employees and business leaders, ensuring HR processes, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives are delivered to the highest standard. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with managers to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives Ensuring compliance with Italian labour law and employment regulations Supporting employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture Managing onboarding, talent acquisition support, and employee development initiatives Maintaining HR systems, records,
and administrative processes Coordinating training and development programmes Advising stakeholders on compensation, benefits, performance management, and organisational design What We're Looking For: Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related discipline HR experience, ideally within a multinational or international organisation Strong knowledge of Italian payroll and labour relations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive, resilient, and solutions-oriented mindset Fluent Italian (C2) and a strong level of English Experience with HR reporting and communication tools is advantageous Why Join?
