We operate in a **fast-moving, tech-driven environment**, and we’re looking for people who **thrive in change, think boldly, and take initiative.** If you’re ready to **put your potential to the test** in a hiring process designed to spotlight exceptional talent, this is your chance to stand out and grow **with one of Europe’s most ambitious fintech teams**. *#MakeItHappen #PlayAsATeam #StayCurious #FocusOnCustomer.* We are looking for an **SDR intern** to help us further develop our business across the Fashion & Apparel, Travel, and Electronics sectors, among others, by managing the top of the Sales funnel. **You will:** * Help target and qualify prospects and merchant accounts in line with the sales strategy & needs; * Work closely with the Account Executive team in order to align on strategies and action plan; * Generate qualified appointments with C-Levels; * Update all Sales activities in our CRM (today we're using Hubspot).
**Must have:** * Data-driven approach; * Hunting and never give up attitude; * Full-fluency in Italian (C1-C2) and English (B2+); * Humility and eagerness to learn new methodologies; * Strong determination: nothing stops you from generating appointments! **Expected Outcomes** * Meet or exceed the target every quarter; * Become a fundamental part of the italian team and help the company grow; * Foster a positive and inclusive team culture within the local team, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and a strong sense of ownership. **Hiring process** 1.
