Our Visual merchandisers are experts in customer relations, know the products and the latest trends, and transform every store visit into an excellent shopping experience. **Objectives of the role:** * Ensure the application of Leroy Merlin's communication strategy on products, images, and services in the store. * Make the customer shopping experience curated, welcoming, and attractive, ensuring consistency in communication. * Curate department displays, arranging products in line with corporate merchandising and marketing guidelines. * Support the team in introducing new products and setting up new exhibition spaces. * Measure the effectiveness of communication by promoting best practices and innovation. **What We Offer:** * **5-day** work week, with shifts planned 4 weeks in advance. * **Continuous feedback** and internal professional development paths. * Continuous **online HUB training**. * Reward system linked to individual and team results.
* Widespread share ownership in the Adeo Group, conventions, and supplementary health care (Fondo Est). * For this position, an annual gross salary range of **€23,300 to €30,000** is provided for full-time employment. For tempo parziale contracts, the remuneration will be proportionate to the contractually agreed hours.
