You will design, manage and bring to production intelligent workflows that automate IT and business processes, integrating AI models, task orchestration and enterprise systems. ### How can you support us? * Analyze processes and identify AI automation opportunities. * Design multi-step and agentic AI workflows and integrate them with enterprise systems, APIs and Azure services. * Automate tasks and decision management, implementing appropriate controls and fallbacks. * Monitor quality, performance and exceptions. * Document solution architectures and process flows. ### What are we looking for? **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automation, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. **Background:** 1–3 years of experience in software development, automation or applied AI. Academic projects, internships and thesis work involving APIs, cloud technologies or workflows will also be considered. **Languages:** Italian and English proficiency level. **Technical/IT Knowledge:** Python or comparable development skills; basic knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering or automation; experience with APIs,
